One of the builntly home to a large metal sculpture fabrication facility. Downtown Phoenix' only sculpture garden is also onsite. Studios are available from $150 to $2500 per month.All studios are in the West warehouse district, a rapidly changing area that will be transformed in the next year to 18 months. All buildings are artist owned and operated and all have gallery space.
