REMODELING SPECIALS:
All studios are now available month to month while we remodel. A few studios are still available with leases, and some studios will not be available after remodeling, but we should be able to relocate all artists within the complex. Remodeling will take from a few months to a year, depending on the building. Reduced rates are available for some of the larger studios. |

MARCH METAL SPECIAL:
March is free - move in in time for Art Detour. 600 square feet studios available for sculpture, ceramics etc. $200 per 20' x 30' bay - additional bays are $175. Up to 23 bays available. These are very raw studios in a metal building - shared with other artists. All improvements are the responsibility of the tenant. Ceilings are up to 21' high, electric is available, as is some natural light. First and last month plus deposit. This studio complex is at 801 W. Jackson. Current tenants are Arcform, one of Phoenix' only large scale metal sculpture facilities. The building is a metal frame structure consisting of two 60' x 120' bays joined along the 120' line (120' x 120'). The facility is 13 high at the sides and 21' at center. Artists would be able to build out spaces, including a second level, although all attached construction would need to be constructed according to UBC building code. Some materials are available. |

ChemLAB Complex Specials: $1400 Skylight Special: 5000 s.f. building with beautiful skylights and leaky roof available at steep discount prior to remodeling. This would be a month to month lease, as-is. We would be doing some work while you are in the building. After remodeling, this building will be $4000 per month. Beautiful space for painting, photography or sculpture. 2 bathrooms, front is partially built out, large door in rear. Skylights (2) are 40 x 10 high in 22' high bays. Regular ceilings are around 12' high. This building is at the east end of the Chemlab complex. $850 Remodel Special: 2500 s.f. buildings (2), 25' x 100' 2 bathrooms, storefront, large rear work area, 12' high ceilings. Leaky roof. $1000 Remodel Special: As above, better condition. All specials are month to month.
